Chanel Pre-Fall 2016 Is Perfect For the Classy Broad in You Who Still Knows How To Be Sexy

There’s a lot of leather and lace, with slave chokers casually thrown into the mix, because the Chanel woman is a lady and a freak. I love that you can see slouchy menswear in the same collection as kitschy, pink petal dresses. A blue petal dress worn over a white collar blouse with a patent leather skinny tie is a beautiful marriage of the two personas.

You see the ensembles gradually progress from wife to cocktail waitress to kinky mistress. I was especially fond of the pearl embellished pumps and strappy heels. The lace tights and fingerless opera gloves worn under tweed dresses are also punk as f-ck.

Menswear is sexy. Flouncy princess dresses are sexy. You can be a politician and a pole dancer. Basically, Chanel becomes the wearer, and I love it that much more for that.
