Lesbian chat boards across the Internet collectively gasped when the Casanova of Los Feliz, Kristen Stewart stepped out with a new woman last week. She had not been seen with her girlfriend of two years, Victoria’s Secret model, Stella Maxwell since October, when Stewart was filming Charlie’s Angels in Amsterdam. The public hand holding seems to confirm that Stewart and Maxwell are over.

And Stewart seems to be rebounding HARD. True to form, she cannot be single for longer than a few weeks and has already moved on to a new girl. She’s a stylist named Sara Dinkin and has worked with B-list celebrities like Chloe Bennet, Jessica Szohr Nico Tortorella. I only know one of those people. While not famous, Dinkin seems fame adjacent.

One of the reasons I thought Maxwell was a good match was her similar lifestyle. She’s rich, travels a lot for work and rolls in the same circles as Stewart. I don’t see this one lasting longer than a few trips to the local Coffee Bean. But what do I know? 2018 has been the year of random hookups.

On a side note, I didn’t get a chance to write about Stewart being cast in a lesbian Christmas rom-com called Happiest Season. It’s about a woman who’s planning to propose to her girlfriend at her family’s holiday party only to find out she hasn’t told her conservative parents she’s gay. It’s co-written by and to be directed by Clea DuVall. You know, only the star of But I’m a Cheerleader. No big deal. If like me, you are also tired of Christmas rom-coms about straight white people, this is a dream come true.
